Energy saving heat recovery
Daikin integrated and stand-alone ventilation systems offer energy efficient heat recovery as standard. This means that heat is extracted from stale air and used to automatically balance the outside and inside temperature and humidity. This maximises energy efficiency by reducing the load on the air conditioning system by approximately 31%, while helping to maintain a consistently comfortable room temperature.
Daikin VAM and VKM heat recovery systems
Daikin’s VAM and VKM heat reclaim ventilation (HRV) modules do much more than just ensuring an incoming flow of fresh air. Daikin HRV systems can recover heat from outgoing air and use it to warm incoming fresh air, optimising the balance between indoor and outdoor temperatures and humidity levels. Both VAM and VKM units can be installed individually or integrated as part of a Daikin Sky Air or VRV system, helping to maximise the overall energy efficiency of the system. VAM and VKM modules offer an ideal ventilation solution for shops, restaurants, offices and other commercial buildings where floor space is at a premium.
