For the first time, Daikin UK will be exhibiting its range of packaged refrigeration and heat recovery systems at the upcoming National Convenience Show (NCS).
The show takes place from the 18th – 20th April at the NEC Birmingham and visitors to the Daikin UK stand, K40, will be able to learn more about leading refrigeration solutions such as Daikin Conveni-pack and ZEAS refrigeration condensing units.
Paul Cornwell, Refrigeration Solution Specialist at Daikin UK said, “We are excited to be exhibiting for the first time at such an influential show.
“At Daikin, we’re always thinking of new ways to make refrigeration more energy efficient. From heat recovery solutions such as Conveni-Pack to packaged refrigeration solutions like ZEAS, our class leading inverter driven refrigeration systems are used across the world in all kinds of commercial premises, from convenience stores to warehouses and large coldstore facilities.”
Designed specifically for convenience stores and small supermarkets, Conveni-pack is an energy efficient solution that recovers all the wasted heat rejected from refrigeration units, and re-directs it into the building, providing genuine “Free Heat”. The Conveni-pack is a total solution for Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning. By choosing Conveni-pack, up to a 50% reduction in energy consumption can be achieved.
As refrigeration is currently held accountable for half of a retailer’s entire energy bill, businesses in the food and drink sector could make major gains by improving the energy efficiency of refrigeration systems. For example, The Carbon Trust estimates that a 20% cut in energy costs can have the same impact on a business’ bottom line as a 5% increase in sales.
Available for either low or medium temperature operation, ZEAS refrigeration condensing cnits can cool display cabinets to large warehouses. Powered by Daikin’s inverter and powerful scroll compressor, variable drive speed ensures that temperatures are correctly maintained without wasting energy whilst supporting a wide variety of refrigeration applications.
As one of the most popular exhibitions within the convenience store sector, the National Convenience Show boasts more than 600 innovative brands from across the UK alongside business experts.
