If you suspect a gas leak call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999

Please check your installer has registered your warranty. If not, you can still register now by completing our online warranty registration form.

Residential property site visit request

To book a site visit for your Daikin Altherma system please contact the Daikin Heating Contact Centre on 01932 879271. Opening hours are Monday to Friday between 8am and 7.00pm and Saturday between 9am and 3.00pm.

Making a warranty claim

If you have a component failure and it is within the warranty period then we are here to help. After you have spoken to our Technical Helpdesk to confirm diagnosis, simply contact the warranty team.
