UK homeowners can receive grants covering two-thirds of the cost of upgrading their home’s energy performance – including up to £5,000 to install a Daikin Altherma heat pump
Go green and get rewarded
As part of the UK’s bid to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2050, we’re all doing our part to live more sustainably. And where better for us to make our greatest positive change than in our homes.
To kickstart a revolution in greener living, the Green Homes Grant will help up to 600,000 British homeowners and landlords create more energy-efficient homes. This government scheme will cover up to two-thirds of the cost of energy-efficiency measures such as insulation, solar thermal technology, and air-source heat pumps like the Daikin Altherma range.
There are two sets of vouchers available: the general scheme is worth up to £5,000 or two-thirds of the cost of eligible energy-efficiency measures, with a low-income scheme for households on a reduced income or certain benefits which offers renovations worth up to £10,000.
