Goods returns timescales
Daikin UK’s allows returned goods within the following timescales:
- Units & accessories: 10 working days from date of invoice
- Spare Parts: 1 month from date of invoice
Within these timescales, Daikin may accept unwanted goods provided they are boxed in the original packaging, in perfect condition and have not been used.
Once a unit has been installed and commissioned, any faults or breakdowns that occur should be reported to our warranty department.
