Daikin UK offers a range of warranties and extended warranties for our Air Conditioning, Applied, Refrigeration and Heating equipment.

Making a claim

Our warranties have been designed to meet the needs of our customers and, as such, offer different terms for customers belonging to our D1 partner programmeKEY heating installer scheme and other customers.

D1 and D1+ Partners

D1 and D1+ partners now benefit from extended commercial warranties typically for:

  • 7 years on AC equipment
  • 5 years for heating systems
  • 3 years for Applied

A range of warranty extension and transfer options are also available. Please log onto the D1 Partner Portal to find out more about your enhanced warranty options.

KEY scheme installers

Our KEY scheme offers 3 and 5 year end-user warranties for our domestic heating customers. Please see our domestic end user warranty page for more information.

Other customers

For all other customers, we offer a standard commercial warranty typically for 1 or 3 years, depending on the product type. A Value Added Reseller Standard Commercial Warranty is also available for our regional dealers and wholesalers.
