Getting involved couldn't be simpler:

No additional entry form is required. Once your qualifying installation is registered, you'll be entered automatically into the prize draw.

Daikin Airconditioning UK Limited reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend this promotion at any time where circumstances make this necessary.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The promotion is open to installers who:

• Are aged 18 years or over;
• Are resident in the United Kingdom;
• Are classified by Daikin as either:
  • A new account customer; or
  • A non-buying customer with no registered purchases between 1st April 2025 - 31st August 2026 ;
• Successfully register through Stand By Me or eCare during the promotional period; and
• Purchase at least one outdoor unit during the promotional period.
  • Outdoor units applicable: ED/BLA, ERGA, ERLA, EPRA

1.2 Employees of Daikin Airconditioning UK Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter the promotion, an eligible installer must:

a) Register via Stand By Me or eCare during the promotional period

2.2 No additional entry form is required.

2.3 Each qualifying installer will automatically be entered into the relevant prize draw.

2.4 Only purchases recorded by Daikin during the promotional period will qualify.

3. Qualifying Products

3.1 Eligible products for this promotion are: ED/BLA. ERGA, ERLA, EPRA

3.2 The minimum qualifying purchase is one (1) outdoor unit.

3.3 Each outdoor unit registered will give you one (1) entrant into the draw per company.

4. Prize Draws

4.1 Two prize draws will be conducted during the promotion:

Draw One

• Qualifying Period: 1 September 2026 to 31 October 2026
• Draw Date: 31 October 2026

Draw Two

• Qualifying Period: 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2026
• Draw Date: 07 January 2027

4.2 At the end of each promotional period, eligible entrants will be entered into a prize draw. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries by Daikin representatives. The decision of Daikin shall be final.

4.3 Daikin's decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.4 An installer may win only one prize per draw, during the promotion. Should a previous winner be selected in a single draw, a replacement winner will be chosen.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize consists of one hospitality ticket to one football fixture allocated by Daikin Airconditioning UK Limited, per draw.

5.3 Prize allocation will be determined solely by Daikin based on the winner's region and ticket availability.

5.4 Regions, and the installers allocated to those regions, are determined by postcode. If an installer is unsure which region applies, they should contact their Daikin sales representative for confirmation.

5.5 Upon winning, the entrant will be allocated a fixture associated with their region, subject to availability.

5.6 Winners are not permitted to choose, exchange or transfer their allocated fixture, football club, venue or date.

5.7 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5.8 Travel, accommodation, meals, refreshments and any other expenses associated with attending the fixture are not included unless expressly stated otherwise by Daikin.

5.9 Daikin reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

5.10 A Daikin representative will also attend the fixture.

6. Winner Notification

6.1 Winners will be notified by their Daikin Sales Engineer or Daikin representative as soon as reasonably practicable following the prize draw.

6.2 Wherever possible, notification will be made in person.

6.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days of notification, Daikin reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity and Personal Information

7.1 Winners will be invited to participate in resonable plublicity associated with the promotion.

7.2 Personal information will only be used for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with Daikin's Privacy Policy.

8. General

8.1 Daikin reserves the right to verify eligibility and qualifying purchases.

8.2 Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion will result in disqualification.

8.3 Daikin reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary.

8.4 The promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

8.5 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8.6 Fixture dates, opponents and venues are subject to change by the relevant football club, league or governing body. Daikin accepts no responsibility for such changes

8.7 Any prize awarded through the prize draw is provided on a non-tax-paid basis, and recipients are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable tax to HMRC.
