Terms and Conditions

Summary

• Promotion valid from 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026. 
• Eligible installers will be automatically entered into a prize draw when they purchase and register qualifying products during the promotional period. 
• Two prize draws will take place:
  • 31 October 2026 for qualifying purchases made between 1 September 2026 and 31 October 2026.
  • 7 January 2027 for qualifying purchases made between 1 November 2026 and 31 December 2026.
• The prize is a football hospitality experience allocated by Daikin. Winners cannot choose or change the fixture.
• Daikin Airconditioning UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary. 

How to Participate

To enter this promotion, you must:

• Register the installation of your qualifying Daikin systems on Stand By Me throughout the promotional periods.
• Be classified by Daikin as either:
  • A new account customer; or
  • A non-buying customer with no registered purchases between 1 April 2025 and 31 August 2026.
• Purchase at least one qualifying outdoor unit during the promotional period. 
• No additional entry form is required. Qualifying installers will automatically be entered into the relevant draw. 
• Only purchases recorded by Daikin during the promotional period will qualify. 

Start Date

• This promotion starts on 1 September 2026. 

Closing Date

• This promotion ends on 31 December 2026.
• Purchases and registrations made after this date will not qualify for entry. 

Restrictions and Requirements

Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply:

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and reside within the United Kingdom. 
• Employees of Daikin Airconditioning UK Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 
• Eligible products are:
  • ED/BLA
  • ERGA
  • ERLA
  • EPRA 
• The minimum qualifying purchase is one outdoor unit. 
• Each outdoor unit registered provides one entry into the prize draw per company. 
• An installer may only win one prize per draw. If a previous winner is selected again within the same draw, an alternative winner will be chosen. 
• Daikin reserves the right to verify eligibility and qualifying purchases. 
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion will result in disqualification. 

Prize

• The prize consists of one football hospitality ticket to a football fixture allocated by Daikin Airconditioning UK Limited. 
• Fixture allocation will be determined by Daikin based on the winner's region and ticket availability. 
• Winners are not permitted to choose, exchange or transfer their allocated fixture, football club, venue or date. 
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. 
• Travel, accommodation, meals, refreshments and any other expenses are not included unless otherwise stated by Daikin. 
• Daikin reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where necessary. 
• A Daikin representative will attend the fixture. 

Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified by their Daikin Sales Engineer or Daikin representative as soon as reasonably practicable following the prize draw. 
• Where possible, winners will be notified in person. 
• If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, Daikin reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner. 

General

• This promotion is operated by Daikin Airconditioning UK Limited, The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0NY. 
• By entering the promotion, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity associated with the promotion. 
• Personal information will only be used for the administration of the promotion and in accordance with Daikin's Privacy Policy. 
• Daikin reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary. 
• The promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion except where liability cannot be excluded by law. 
• Fixture dates, opponents and venues are subject to change by the relevant football club, league or governing body. Daikin accepts no responsibility for such changes. 
• The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
