1. Tell us what went wrong
Please complete the form below, giving us the details of your complaint. If you have any documents or images which help to explain what went wrong, please attach these to the form.
2. We’ll start looking into the issue
The completed form will be sent to a Customer Care Team. They will confirm receipt of your form, and start investigating the issue, keeping you updated with their progress.
3. We’ll get back to you with a resolution
Once our Customer Care Team has fully examined the complaint, they will get back to you with a resolution of the problem.
