Daikin UK offers flexible delivery options to suit your needs, with goods returns available on units and accessories for up to 10 days and on spare parts for up to one month from the date of invoice.

Goods returns timescales

Daikin UK’s allows returned goods within the following timescales:

 

Units & accessories: 10 working days from date of invoice

Spare Parts: 1 month from date of invoice

Within these timescales, Daikin may accept unwanted goods provided they are boxed in the original packaging, in perfect condition and have not been used.

 

Once a unit has been installed and commissioned, any faults or breakdowns that occur should be reported to our warranty department.
