Sales Order Support
The team to assist you with your orders
At Daikin UK, our goal is to support your business opportunities. That’s why we’ve invested in both the technology and the people to make it quick and simple to place that all-important order.
To place orders, please speak with our Sales Order Support staff, who are available from 08.30 – 17.30, Monday to Friday. You can place any Sky Air, Splits and Heating orders at any time of day or night via the Daikin ProShop.
The ProShop platform enables you to generate quotes and place orders for Split, Sky Air, VAM and Air Purifier products online, at any time of day or night – and on any device.

For any invoicing or account queries, please contact the dedicated Credit Controller for your region.

If you're a direct buying customer, you can download copies of your invoices and see latest live account balances on the My Daikin customer portal (depending on your access level).

Daikin UK offers flexible delivery options to suit your needs, with goods returns available on units and accessories for up to 10 days and on spare parts for up to one month from the date of invoice.

In the UK we have over 30,000 parts in our UK warehouse supported by our European part centre that hold over 800,000 parts. This helps us achieve a target of 97% of critical parts with 2 days.
If you hold a direct account with Daikin UK, you can send and view your spare parts orders online using our Spare Parts Bank.
Commercial End Users
If you have a component failure and it is within the warranty period then we are here to help. After you have spoken to our Technical Helpdesk to confirm diagnosis, simply contact the warranty team.

Training
Instructor-led courses are held at our regional training centres, located in Bristol, Woking, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow. The centres are equipped with the latest range of products, all installed and fully operational, to provide the optimum hands-on experience.

Service, on-site support and maintenance
We can provide service engineers to assist you with on-site commissioning or service support. All work is documented in a report and sent for your records. To book an engineer, please contact the Regional Service office closest to the site where your equipment is installed. Operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
