Keep your head warm with e-Care

The Daikin e-Care app lets you register and commission Daikin units on site, straight from your phone. Use it to commission your next install and you can claim a FREE Daikin beanie to keep your head warm this winter.

2. Log in with your Stand By Me username and password
3. Register and commission a Daikin unit
4. Complete the Beanie Claim Form

Promotion details

Promotion starts 1 October 2026 and runs while stocks last. Only 500 beanies available, first come, first served, with one claim per installer. Open to UK-based professional heating and cooling installers. You'll need a Stand By Me account to use e-Care. Terms and conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions 

1. Promoter

This promotion is operated by Daikin Airconditioning UK Limited ("Daikin"), The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0NY. 

2. Promotion Period 

2.1 The promotion commences on 1 October 2026 and will continue until all promotional stock has been allocated. 

2.2 A total of 500 FREE Daikin beanies are available as part of this promotion. 

2.3 The promotion will close automatically once all 500 beanies have been claimed, regardless of whether this occurs before the end of the promotional period. 

2.4 Daikin reserves the right to end the promotion at any time once all promotional stock has been allocated. 

3. Eligibility 

3.1 The promotion is open to professional heating and cooling installers based in the United Kingdom. 

3.2 Employees of Daikin Airconditioning UK Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

3.3 Each eligible installer may claim a maximum of one (1) FREE Daikin beanie during the promotional period. 

4. How to Participate 

To qualify for a FREE Daikin beanie, installers must: 

• Download the Daikin e-Care app. 
• Register and commission a Daikin unit using the e-Care app during the promotional period. 
• Complete and submit the claim form available here 

5. Verification of Claims 

5.1 All submissions will be validated against Daikin Stand By Me commissioning data. 

5.2 Daikin reserves the right to verify eligibility and qualifying registrations. 

5.3 Claims that cannot be verified, are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise fail to meet these Terms and Conditions will be rejected. 

6. Reward 

6.1 Eligible installers will receive one (1) FREE Daikin beanie, subject to availability. 

6.2 A maximum of 500 beanies are available across the promotion. 

6.3 The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. 

6.4 Once all 500 beanies have been allocated, no further claims will be accepted. 

7. Delivery 

7.1 Beanies will be dispatched to the address provided on the claim form. 

7.2 Daikin aims to dispatch qualifying claims within seven (7) days of successful verification. 

7.3 Daikin accepts no responsibility for delays caused by incorrect address details supplied by the claimant or circumstances outside its reasonable control. 

8. Personal Information 

8.1 Personal information supplied as part of this promotion will be processed solely for the administration of the promotion and in accordance with Daikin's Privacy Policy. 

9. General 

9.1 Daikin reserves the right to verify eligibility and qualifying registrations. 

9.2 Any attempt to manipulate, abuse or circumvent the promotion will result in disqualification. 

9.3 Daikin reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary.  

9.4 The promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion except where liability cannot be excluded by law.  

9.5 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
