Complete your first eligible installation and register it on Stand By Me, and we’ll credit your account with £750 Business Reward Fund via the Partner Portal.

- Complete your first eligible heat pump installation
- Log in to Stand By Me and register the installation
- Your £750 Business Reward Fund is credited to your account via the Partner Portal
- Check your balance and redeem your reward in the Partner Portal
Keep building your Business Reward Fund
Once you’ve claimed your first install reward, you’ll continue to build your Business Reward Fund every time you register a heat pump installation on Stand By Me.
Make sure you register every installation to make the most of rewards that continue beyond the first install.

Terms and conditions
- Payable against the installer’s first installation and Stand By Me registration
- The installation date and Stand By Me registration date must be from 1 January 2026
- Products must be purchased via a Sustainable Home Centre only
- Installer must be part of the Sustainable Home Network
- Promotion cannot be claimed if the installer has already claimed the 40% off first install promotion
- £750 will be paid via the Partner Portal as Business Reward Fund credit, redeemable against eligible rewards (merchandise, vouchers, tools, etc.)
