Step by step: How to claim your £750

1. Complete your first eligible heat pump installation
2. Log in to Stand By Me and register the installation
3. Your £750 Business Reward Fund is credited to your account via the Partner Portal
4. Check your balance and redeem your reward in the Partner Portal

Summary

• Promotion valid from 1st January 2026 to 31st March 2027
• Offer only applies to the below units which must be purchased, installed and registered on Stand By me between the promotional dates above.
• All other models are excluded from this offer
• Daikin Airconditioning UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw / change the offer without notice

1. How to participate
   1. In order to enter this promotion, you must purchase a Daikin heat pump via a Sustainable Home Centre and register the installation on Stand By Me
   2. Any product registrations and installs of any of the system components outside of the promotional dates 1st January 2026 to 31st March 2027 will not be accepted.
   3. The rewards amount of £750 will only be paid on the first install of eligible products. Registration history will be checked against Stand By Me.
   4. Registrations will be checked to validate your claim to the £750 reward.
   5. The promotion cannot be claimed if the installer has already claimed the 40% off first install promotion
2. Start date
   1. This promotion will start on 1st January 2026
3. Closing date
   1. The promotion will end on 31st March 2027 any registrations made after this date will be rejected.
4. Restrictions and requirements
   1. Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply:
      1. Entrants must be over 18 at the date of registration
   2. Entrants must be part of the Sustainable Home Network and be eligible to earn Business Reward Funds by being either a Sustainable Home Installers or a Sustainable Home Expert. 5. Reward
   1. The £750 will be received as part of your Sustainable Home Network rewards fund which you will be able to view and access via the Partner Portal.
   2. Reward funds are updated every 10 working days and can be spent on the available choices within the Partner Portal
   3. The £750 can not be redeemed as cash or be substituted
   4. Your reward will be valid until 31st March 2027
6. General
   1. This promotion is operated by Daikin Airconditioning UK Limited whose registered office is at The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0NY.
   2. Entrants acknowledge that copyright in submissions will be owned by the promoter. Entrants agree to assign to the promoter (by way of a written document, separate to these terms and conditions) all intellectual property rights in the submission with full title guarantee and to waive their moral rights in the submission.

While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
   4. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.
   5. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
