From day one, we’ll make sure you’re set up for success. Our dedicated onboarding team will help you book your first training session and introduce you to the key tools you’ll need, including MyDaikin, the Partner Portal and Stand By Me.

Complete a Daikin Product Installation course at one of our training centres or your local Sustainable Home Centre to become a recognised Sustainable Home Installer. 

 

After three installations with commissioning support, you’ll be listed on our installer locator and gain access to homeowner leads. You’ll also unlock co-branded marketing materials via the Partner Portal and start earning bonuses into your Business Rewards Fund for every registered installation. Use these rewards to invest in tools, vouchers or business growth.

Sustainable Home Expert

Grow your expertise and earn more rewards

 

After gaining MCS certification and completing Level 2 Daikin diagnostics training, you can become a Sustainable Home Expert. 

 

This status unlocks even higher bonuses for each installation you register on Stand By Me and shows your advanced skills in heat pump installations. To stay at Expert level, simply register eight Daikin installs per year. 

 

You’ll continue earning rewards and enjoy greater recognition, helping your business stand out and succeed in the low-carbon heating market.
