This simple project connects your heat pump to a wireless network, enabling you to access cheaper energy tariffs specifically for heat pumps and giving you greater control over your home's temperature.

How does it work?
- Sign up: speak to us at the event to give your agreement or sign up straight away by filling in the form here.
- Home visit: our trusted installation partners at Robert Heath Heating, who are part of the Daikin Group will arrange a quick visit to check your heat pump.
- Connect: during a second visit, a small wireless router will be installed near your heat pump, connecting it to the network via our heat pump monitoring app, called Onecta.
No smartphone? Visit our information event, and we’ll help you explore alternative options and answer any questions you may have about the process and the benefits.
It won’t cost you a penny to take part – we will even pay the cost of electricity to power the router.
