The promoter is Daikin Airconditioning UK Ltd (Daikin UK), a company registered in England (registered number 04616794) whose registered address is 1, The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0NY.

This promotion gives Daikin UK customers (subject to eligibility as set out below) the opportunity to win one of the following prizes:

• 1st – VanMoof – Electric Bike
• 2nd – New iPad Air – 256GB – Space Grey
• 3rd – DJI Mavic Mini 2
• 4th - Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Headphones
• 5th - Sonos Roam – Portable speaker

This promotion is subject to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

1. Except regional dealers and wholesalers, all installers with an account with Daikin UK are eligible to participate in this promotion subject to these terms and conditions.
2. This promotion relates to invoiced orders of VRV5 outdoor units and includes the following ranges: RXYSA4AV1, RXYSA5AV1, RXYSA6AV1, RXYSA4AY1, RXYSA5AY1, RXYSA6AY1 (*as referred to in the up-to-date Daikin UK price list 2021) (VRV Units).
3. The winners will be entered into the prize draw and selected at random from invoiced customers who order VRV5 units from Daikin UK between 10th June and 29th October 2021 subject to paragraph below regarding cancelled orders.
4. Only VRV outdoor units ordered directly with Daikin UK between 10th June and 29th October 2021 qualify for this promotion.
5. All Corporate Clients orders are excluded from this promotion. Customers should speak to their Daikin UK sales engineer to check which orders do not qualify.
6. This promotion ends on 29th October 2021.
7. There is a maximum of one prize per Customer (i.e., per account, irrespective of how many branches the Customer has).
8. Customers must adhere to Daikin UK’s financial terms and conditions (provided on the back of Daikin UK’s invoices) in order to be eligible for this promotion.
9. Orders made by one company cannot be transferred to another company. Transfers will not qualify as an order for the purpose of this promotion.
10. Orders of VRV outdoor units which are subsequently cancelled will not be taken into account for this promotion.
11. Daikin UK reserves the right to substitute the prizes with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available for whatever reason.
12. Our decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed correspondence in respect thereof.
13. The prize, if offered, is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash.
14. These terms and conditions and all matters arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
