Pick a maintenance package to suit you

Bronze package

When you choose our Bronze maintenance package, you’ll receive annual maintenance on your Daikin unit, plus we’ll cover the cost for parts and corrective labour on any preventative repairs we make during maintenance checks if your unit is within warranty. All for one competitive annual fee.

Silver package

Our Silver maintenance package includes all the benefits of our Bronze package, including an annual maintenance service, plus any Daikin spare parts should they need replacing due to wear and tear. For extra peace of mind.

Gold package

Our Gold maintenance package includes all the benefits of our Bronze and Silver packages, including an annual service, free breakdown callouts, plus comprehensive cover on parts and labour for any Daikin parts.

Is a maintenance contract recommended?

Depending on the solution you are having, a maintenance contract is obligatory or optional. Our recommendation is to always opt for a maintenance contract as we believe your unit should get the care it deserves. This will increase its lifetime, optimise your investment and save you money in the long run.

When you buy a unit from Daikin, your installer will propose a maintenance contract. Your installer has 18 months the time to offer you this maintenance contract. In case he doesn't in that period, you can go via our Stand By Me platform and purchase a maintenance contract from Daikin.

Yes. If your installer provides maintenance, you can continue using them for the maintenance of your unit.

If your installer does not offer maintenance, register your product on Stand By Me and can purchase our maintenance packages. There are different packages based on customer needs. We offer something for every need!

The recommended annual maintenance visit needs to be booked with the installer, who will check the proper functioning of the entire installation. Even if your heat pump is still under warranty, it is necessary to check its operating condition to ensure the durability of your installation. In some cases, a defect or an obvious lack of maintenance may result in the guarantee being invalidated. In case you purchased a maintenance contract from Daikin, you can book this contacting our Customer Contact Centre.

We recommend regular maintenance of the filters every two months. This guarantees the performance of your unit and avoids overheating. The filters are easy to access  and easy to clean with water - just remember to switch the device off first.
