Standard warranty
Our products are designed and built to the highest quality, but in the rare case that something should go wrong, we've got you covered. All our residential customers receive a two-year guarantee on their products as standard.
Extend your warranty to 5 years for free
Once your installer has registered your air-to-water heat pump on Stand By Me, you will be able to log in and extend your warranty from 2 to 5 years free of charge.
7 year warranty
If your air-to-water heat pump was installed by a Daikin Sustainable Home Expert, be able to purchase an additional 2 years, giving you a total warranty length of 7 years for peace of mind.

Daikin offers a standard 2 year warranty on all its air-to-water heat pump products. However, if you would like to extend this warranty and have a long-term peace of mind, you can extend your warranty to either 5 years for free, or 7 years (paid, only if your installer is a Sustainable Home Expert). Yes. If your heat pump was installed by a Daikin Sustainable Home Installer, you can claim a warranty extension up to 3 years completely free – extending up to 5 years (or up to 7 years for hybrid systems) if your system was installed by a Daikin Sustainable Home Expert.

As a residential end-user, you can get an extended warranty on your air-to-water heat pump from Daikin once your unit is put into operation and is registered by your installer on our Stand By Me platform. You have 2 years from when your unit is commissioned to log into Stand By Me and activate your extended warranty. Be aware: a warranty is only valid if annual maintenance is carried out. Daikin reserves the right to ask for proof that this has been carried out.
You can claim your extended air-to-water heat pump warranty from the moment your unit is commissioned as long as your installer has registered it on Stand By Me. You have two years from the date of commissioning to activate your warranty.
